Desired Candidate Profile
1) 6+ years working in a solution design role, with minimum 3 years in healthcare payer( this is flexible based on knowledge levels)
2) Understanding and deep down expertise on the US Payer industry - including expertise on atleast two payer processes like enrolment & billing , provider data management, claims analytics
3) Excellent oral and written comm skills
4) Analytical mindset, ability to derive clarity from ambiguity, good team player and act as an adviser to clients
Job Description
Manager- payer solutions
1) Conceptualize solutions for the US Healthcare payer industry clients ( KPO Solutions)
2) Understand the current trends in the US Healthcare payer market and build proactive solutions
3) Work with internal technology team to understand the payer systems and build solutions platform based solutions
4) Respond to RFIs/RFPs- responsible for the solutioning part
5) Conduct due diligence exercises, portfolio analysis for payer clients and submit appropriate suggestions/improvements
6) Publish whitepapers, knowledge papers to demonstrate thought leadership
